A strategic leader with over 20 years of experience transforming education, workforce development and community engagement initiatives across Northeast Ohio.
Founder & Principal, Elevate Global Group LLC a consulting and fractional leadership firm that partners with schools, nonprofits and mission-driven organizations to design and implement people-centered, results-driven and equity-focused strategies. Through Elevate, she helps organizations move from intention to execution by building sustainable programs, career pathways and staff wellness initiatives.
In addition to her consulting practice, DaJon is the founder of Thrive with DaJon, a wellness coaching brand dedicated to empowering individuals through health, life and personal development coaching. She is also the author of Thriving in Your Body: A Health Guide for Black Women, a practical guide that equips women to navigate health challenges, life transitions and sustainable wellness practices.
